Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds on Pre-Orders

All pre-order purchases are strictly non-refundable.
Since pre-order items are produced in limited quantities and often manufactured only after an order is placed, refunds cannot be offered once the order is confirmed.

No Refunds on Sale / Discounted Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or using discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact hello@bethereofficial.in within the allowed time frame.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing items in the order

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a clear unboxing video as proof for the refund request to be reviewed.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time is 5–7 business days, subject to the payment provider

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for size-related issues (if applicable).
  • The product must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
